Batman year 100
Written and Illustrated

100 years after the first appearance of Batman the country is nearly a police state. Everyone is documented, and cameras are everywhere. Perilous times, for someone with a secret identity. Add to that, the fact that Batman is the number one suspect in the murder of a Federal agent, and you have the basis of Batman year 100.
This Batman is true to the Darker vision that we have all come to enjoy, but with an added low-tec appeal. The art work is grungy, and appealing all at the same time. You are only drawn out of the story by the occasional over-sized lips or misshapen head, that seems to be a stylistic choice. Overall a good read, and definitely nice to see some color.
