This year we are opening up the voting for our annual Super fantastic List Go! to the public. And to help motivate you to submit the form, we are adding a prize for one (maybe more) lucky person. The winner will be chosen at next month’s meeting. So download the form below and submit it as soon as possible.

Rules:
One entry per person. You must complete at least all of the comic rankings to qualify. The winner will be chosen randomly @ the next meeting (January 19th 2010). Winner will be contacted by E-mail. If email is not responded to in 30 days, that person forfeits their prize, and another winner will be chosen. Otaku ink or any of it’s members are not responsible for any lost or misplaced shipments, or misunderstandings. Only valid in the U.S. This contest is void where prohibited.
